The Challenge:

Senax Ltd. (Senax) has been on the Bulgarian market for more than 30 years as the exclusive importer and official representative of the premium German brands Sonax (car cosmetics and detailing products) and Liqui Moly (motor oils and additives). The products are positioned in the high price segment and are distinguished by exceptional quality and reputation. In the context of the price-sensitive Bulgarian market, however, this makes them challenging for online sales.

After our successful joint work on the Motopoint brand, the client trusted us and we launched a project for a complete digital transformation of the main corporate and commercial website senax.bg

What did we do?

Step by step: from analysis to construction

The process started back in 2021 with an analysis of the competitive environment, consumer behavior and key searches in the categories of motor oils and auto cosmetics. We conducted a semantic analysis and based on its results, we built a new logic for navigation, categories and content arrangement in the online store. We optimized the structure, created appropriate filters, delivery methods and payment methods.

New online store with a focus on UX and SEO

We re-uploaded the Magento Open Source online store, with a well-structured product base, internal links, and SEO-optimized content. We processed images, uploaded video materials, and prepared the content so that it would be equally useful for both users and search engines.

Full traceability and technical connectivity

We also built all the necessary connections between platforms – Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc., so that the client has full traceability and accountability across channels and user behavior in the store.

Advertising strategy with a focus on sales

After the launch of the new Senax website, we developed an integrated digital strategy with a focus on sales, attracting new users and building trust in the brands. We started regular advertising activities in Meta and Google, aimed at acquiring new customers and remarketing an existing audience. We prepared advertising visions and banners adapted to seasonality and product highlights.

Content that brings value

We have gradually developed a blog section where we upload SEO optimized articles with useful content – ​​from technical tips to news about new products. We maintain active communication on social networks with a posting plan oriented towards usefulness, education and consistent branding.

Email marketing for loyalty and engagement

In parallel, we have also created a regular e-mail newsletter, through which users receive information about current promotions, new products, interesting news and seasonal offers. The campaign is aimed at increasing loyalty, stimulating repeat orders and direct communication with customers.

Support beyond digital: radio, outdoor and events

At the client’s invitation, we also participated in the creation of visual communication for radio and outdoor advertisements, as well as in the organization and marketing support for Senax’s participation in key specialized exhibitions – Automotive Expo 2023, Caravan and Camping Expo 2024 and DAT Expo 2025.

In 2024, Senax celebrated its 30th anniversary – a significant occasion that we marked with a comprehensive concept for festive communication and visual identity.

We prepared a strategy for the communication of the event across all social networks, which within one month told the story of the company – from its establishment in 1994 to its establishment as a leader in its category. Topics included:

  • cooperation with large and long-standing partners
  • expansion with new brands and product categories

We also prepared a special anniversary article dedicated to the path, successes and values ​​of Senax. The article was published both on the blog and distributed through external channels.
