The Challenge:

Motopoint is a brand that has been providing a full range of solutions for motorcycle enthusiasts in Bulgaria for more than 10 years – from scooters and motorcycles to helmets, equipment and accessories. The company is the official representative for Bulgaria of the brands Kymco, Benelli, Arai, RST, etc.

The client approached us with a clearly formulated goal: a complete transformation of the outdated online store, building a completely new Magento Open Source platform, establishing the brand and significant growth in sales. All this in a short time, against the background of already existing negative consumer attitudes accumulated over the years.

How did we approach it?

Market analysis and audience insights

The process started with a detailed market research, consumer needs and online behavior of the target audience. We met and talked with bikers and people in the field. Then we analyzed key searches and terminology and did a semantic analysis of the category.

Building a new online store

We built a completely new Magento Open Source online store with an optimized category and subcategory structure. The interface was designed to make it easier for the user to search and purchase – with meaningful navigation, filters, logical arrangement and well-integrated shipping and payment methods. The product pages underwent comprehensive SEO and visual optimization – from text content and meta data to images and video.

Value-added content

We started publishing content on the site’s blog. We selected interesting topics and news about the brands and models offered by the brand. The content was oriented towards the most frequent searches and keywords. This was both useful and highly effective for the site’s visibility in search engines.

Technical connectivity and traceability

We implemented full technical connectivity and synchronization between platforms – including Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google My Business, Tag Manager, etc. This ensured reliable and precise reporting of performance by channel and comprehensive control over the effectiveness of the online store.

Advertising campaigns and showroom focus

We launched regular PPC campaigns on Meta and Google, targeting both sales and remarketing, as well as positioning the showroom as a preferred destination for motorcycle enthusiasts. We drove traffic to the physical location using geotargeting and in-store advertising.

Test ride campaign with real results

One of our most successful approaches was conducting test ride campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. Through them, hundreds of users signed up for test rides of the motorcycles and scooters. The collected leads were processed in real time and resulted in high interest, visits and direct sales.

Multichannel support and marketing activity

In parallel, we maintained active communication on social networks and managed email marketing with automated messages and personalized campaigns. We also created visual materials and advertising visions. We were an active partner of Motopoint during their participation in Moto Expo – the largest motorcycle exhibition in the country – in 2023, 2024 and 2025, with full marketing and organizational support.
