Motherlove Bulgaria is the official Bulgarian representative of the global brand Motherlove. The brand offers organic products of exceptionally high quality for pregnant women, postpartum women and babies.
The client contacted us because his online store was generating minimal orders and he wanted us to increase brand recognition and sales growth.
We studied in detail the target audience, the competition, the market and the attitude towards organic products in Bulgaria. We developed a strategy in which we selected the communication channels and messages. The new strategy was tailored to the brand requirements of the global brand.
Before the launch of the communication, we conducted an SEO audit of the site, which revealed serious problems. For maximum efficiency, we transferred the online store to a new WooCommerce theme and optimized the existing content.
We made all the technical settings and connected the Meta and Google accounts. This ensured proper reporting and submission of correct information to the platforms.
We launched PPC advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google, and in the meantime, we began systematically uploading content to the brand’s social media accounts. Gradually, we began to report a constant and stable growth in followers.
We have taken full responsibility for the maintenance of the online store, both for all technical security, as well as for uploading and enriching the content and constant SEO optimization.
We created a blog section where we could upload content tailored to pre-selected keywords. The content was not only SEO optimized, but we also wanted it to be useful for young mothers.
Meanwhile, we also provided business consulting related to deliveries, business partnerships, and the creation and pricing of new package offers.
Together with the client, we prepared his participation in the Bebemania 2024 exhibition, in which he would present and promote the brand among the target audience.
At our recommendation, we prepared the application for participation in the Grazia Mother and Kids Awards with the client. One of the brand’s best-selling products, More Milk Plus, managed to win the “best breastfeeding product” award.
