The Challenge:

ChairsSelect is a Bulgarian business focused on the sales of office, school and kindergarten furniture. It offers a wide portfolio of products from various manufacturers and importers at affordable prices. The business is focused both on companies (B2B – Business To Business) and end customers (B2C – Business To Customers).

The client contacted us to increase their sales and turnover and establish their brand in the competitive business field of office, school, home and garden furniture.

What did we do?

Target audience and competition analysis

First, we analyzed the client’s target audience in detail. Then, we created brand personas for the different target groups to be able to go into depth of user behavior and expectations. We also did a comprehensive analysis of the competition such as positioning, UX/UI of the pages, activity on social networks and focus campaigns and initiatives.

SEO audit

The next step was to conduct an SEO audit of the site. We identified both technical issues and the need for improvements to the website’s customer experience. We prepared a detailed report, prioritization, responsibilities, and an action plan so that we could fix them as quickly as possible.

Connectivity check and tracking

We reviewed all analytics tool connections for reporting efficiency. We created a Google Search Console so we could track site performance and searches on Google and Bing.

Keyword selection

We conducted a keyword analysis for the different product categories offered by ChairsSelect. Then, we implemented the most relevant ones in the online store and in advertising.

SEO keyword optimization

We started SEO optimization and content enrichment of the site. We started by expanding the product descriptions and continued by creating SEO optimized blog articles, saturated with keywords by category.

Analysis and strategy

We conducted extensive analysis of the available data. Then, we selected the appropriate communication channels, messages, and branding strategy for social media. In short, we took a holistic approach to the client’s assets and created a comprehensive strategy to improve search performance and increase sales.

Meta and Google Ads

We launched advertising campaigns on Meta and Google, which led to an increase in sales and direct inquiries from companies for special offers. In parallel, we took over the support of social networks on Facebook and Instagram, preparing relevant content to establish the ChairsSelect brand. We held a game with a prize on June 1st, which engaged over 700 people.

We are working to establish the brand, to increase sales in both the B2B (business to business) and B2C (business to customers) markets of the client. We plan to expand the channels used and new approaches to the audiences and continue with the optimization of the site.
