BySkino is a company that has been producing various stickers, wheel caps, key chains, etc. accessories for years and is known in international markets for its high quality and precision. The challenge before us was to build an online Magento store that we could develop and establish on the European market.

We started with a series of meetings with the client, during which we clarified the structure of the online store and the overall technical specifications. We also performed a precise semantic analysis of the categories in German and English. It is important for us to know in detail the terminology and specifics of the businesses of each of our clients, as well as the target audience we are pursuing. This information was extremely important for us to create the names of the categories and subcategories, to put the correct titles and subtitles on the pages and to describe the photos, meta tags.
We did all the integrations and in about six months we built an online store on the open source online commerce platform Magento. A large part of our efforts included uploading products, processing photos, video materials and SEO optimization of the product presentation. We built internal links for the main keywords and related products. This was a serious prerequisite, aiming at quick indexing of the store by Google and attracting serious organic traffic.

The story continues:
In the next phase after the store launch, we developed a digital strategy for brand development and communication aimed at different target geographic markets. We included active work in social networks – from the creation of FB and INSTAGRAM pages to their development. Another focus was the creation of a Google merchant center, through which we wanted to communicate in European markets. Communication was deployed on the FB and Google platforms with PPC campaigns for traffic, searches and conversions and SEO optimized content.
Constant support of the platform and connection and setup with all tools (Google Analytics, TAG Manager, Search console, etc. for traffic reporting) for tracking searches and sales were an integral part of the entire process.
The results are evident in both the increase in organic traffic and the conversion of traffic attracted from all channels. We continue to work with BySkino with serious requests for growth and entry into new markets.
